Refunds & Cancellation

Shipping Policy

  • We at Canapé, carefully ensure safe delivery of our products to you, and we have partnered with reputed national couriers such as Fedex, and Delhivery. We have a shipping fee for orders below the cart value of Rs300 depending on the destination.

  • Free shipping*  is automatically assigned to all orders. Users can choose or change shipping or delivery option at the time of checkout(will reach within 2-7 business days as per the location.)

  • We do have a Premium same day or next day express delivery for Kochi (upto 15km radius), the cost is calculated and added as per your location's pincode at the time of checkout. 

  • We do not have Cash on Delivery. Hence all orders are prepaid via our payment gateways.

  • All areas above 15km radius are covered via standard free shipping only. For faster methods do contact us.(will have some added charges as per location and mode of delivery selected)  

  • Delays may happen during peak or festive season.

  • Free standard shipping is not applicable to J&K, North east and Himachal and will incur some shipping cost as applicable.

  • All orders are baked fresh and baked on orders only and will be shipped on the very same day as they are baked. We ship all our order within maximum of 48hrs of time.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before your orders are "picked from our facility". Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once it is shipped from our end.


Due to perishable nature of our cookies, we do not have a return policy. In very rare events, if something goes wrong, here’s our refund policy:

  • We do accept a refund request only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product inside the box that has been shipped out to you.

  • You can email us at within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product. (refund request will not be accepted after 24hrs of receiving)

  • Do note: For Damaged or tampered and delayed shipments. No Refunds can be processed once the package has been accepted by the buyer.

  • Also, please note and check the package for any tampering or tear and do not accept boxes without any safety plastic cover wrapping around them, if the box is not accepted, it will be shipped back to us.

  • Canapé’s care team will receive the returned shipment and review your refund request. And if we find your request to satisfy our refund policy we will process your refund via the same payment mode with which you have made the purchase.

  • We aim to process all refunds within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at

  • For faster refunds, transaction charges may apply.

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Canapé. But we're an easy-going and polite bunch of people.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be processed for orders delayed or returned as there was miscommunication from the client, such as wrong address or contact information provided to us.
