What is Canapé doing regarding Coronavirus and COVID-19?

As ever, the safety and health of our team members and customers is of the utmost importance. We definitely take the current health environment very seriously even as we provide our baked goodies. We are following all known best practices from health authorities, and are monitoring all direction carefully, updating as necessary.As we are a home based institution, we are more vigilante and have ensured rigorous cleaning and sanitization measures, instituted even more rigorous hand-washing procedures. All food products are handled with disposable safety gloves to avoid cross contamination. Perhaps most importantly, we have renewed our commitment to ensuring our team members don't work when they feel ill, and have reviewed and updated our paid sick time policy to ensure our passionate, dedicated and amazing team has the appropriate level of support in the event they need it. We are happily accommodating any cravings by shipping our products via this website and will be delivered to you by our in-house delievry team for within City of Kochi(free shipping for first 15km). And we have partnered with some professional national carriers like FedEx, Bludart and Delhivery. Our products are baked on receiving order, baked fresh and shipped with atmost care. We are open, baking and ready with a slightly more distant smile with your favorite treats.Be safe.

I Want to visit your Bakery! Where are you Located?

We don't have any outlet or shop. But, we’d love to have you! Please visit our contact page for an enquiry, we will list out the pickup points in the city from where all you could pick our products from.

Can I order in advance?

We do not have on-demand deliveries as of now, every order is shipped within 72hrs of placing the orders. Each of our goodies are carefully handcrafted for each individual orders. Advanced planning is the best kind of planning! . As of now you can place orders 7days in advance. Please mention the date you need the package to arrive in the "special request box" or" add comment box" in your "cart page" or call us we will help you with your advance orders

Do you offer Local deliveries in Kochi ?

Yes! Being in Kochi is like being our neighbors. So we have an ellaborate menu for Kochi to please all tummies with much more faster delievers. To offer faster deliveries from our bakery at Varapuzha to most of Kochi we have our in-house delivery team. And whats best?, now we are providing free deliveries upto 15km from our pickup point. After 15km, it still could be delivered with some delivery charges. We will notify you if your region is outside our radius and if you still wish to place the order, we will arrange the delivery with some extra charges which you can pay on the time of arrival to the delivery person. We don"t have on-demand deliveries as of now and our local deliveries are usually shipped on the same day or a day after. Do you accept digital payments like Paytm, Google pay, Phonepay?

Yes, UPI enabled payment are accepted through our webstore, just select the Razorpay payment gateway in your checkout page.

Cookie Care

Cookie and Product care

Canapé goodies can be stored in an airtight container for up to15 days. If you’d like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until a craving hits. Pro tip: cut a whole cookie into quarters before you freeze it - it’s the perfect two-bite snack! When you’re ready to eat, warm your cookies in a 180°C oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. If you have fresh cookies and want to achieve peak ooey-gooey-Instagrammable meltiness, warm your cookies in a 180°C for a few minutes or until heated through. Fair warning: never store your cookies in the refrigerator or use a microwave to reheat them! Both will lead to hard, dried out cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

Allergen Warnings

We bake all of our cookies and baked goods on shared equipment in our bakery kitchens, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the allergens for all of our cookies on the Cookie’s product page. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Are any of your products Suitable for Vegans?

Most of our products contain a good amount of dairy and eggs and thus cannot be certified as vegan. Though we love the idea of being vegan, soon would love to embrace it.

30, 52 and 92 GRAMS?

Yes, it's a deal breaker. We make our cookies in small batches by hand every day, and comes in smaller yet jumbo size of about 50-52 grams each and 90-92 grams megajumbo size. Well at Canapé we wanted to bring different varieties of world famous cookies and other goodies to your home. Our Ginormous size cookie was inspired from Cookies of NYC, USA, with some tweaks and twist for our community here. We believe in providing our family with the best handcrafted experience.

Do you have any nutrition information?

Our cookies are high in energy and their bigger size are have been an energy booster and could help you charge up your day from your first bite. They’re also of the perfect size to share with a friend or cut in half and save for later. For more information about nutrition, mail us


I love goodies from Canapé! Where all do you ship them?

Yes we do! We ship our goodies and gift boxes all through out India* (for J&K and North East some extra charges might be applied.)

Do we have assorted goodies gift hampers?

Yes we do have a pack for all our flavours together, just customize your goodies selection in-order of the individual flavors you’d like as a pack of four or eight. And we will arrange and pack together in our largest gift hamper box..

Can I order in advance?

Advanced planning is the best kind of planning! On the product page while adding to the cart, you can enter the date that you would like your order to arrive in the "special request box" or "add comments box", up to 7 days in advance. We cannot assure exact date delivery as once the order is shipped with our shipping partner many factors may affect in causing a delay. If your goodies absolutely must arrive by a specific date, we recommend scheduling them to arrive a day or two early; rest assured, they keep very well at room temperature for a few days or in a freezer for many weeks.

Is your packaging recyclable/sustainable?

The box shipper is made from 50% recycled post-consumer waste material and is fully recyclable upon disposal. The interior pieces are compo-stable.

Can I customize packaging and accessories for my order?

Great idea! We’re happy to work with you to customize a sticker, hang tag and/or ribbon color for your order. Minimum quantities will apply for any customization, and the price may be adjusted accordingly. How far in advance do I need to place your order?

Since our team bakes and ships to order each day, we need some advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require three day’s notice for large orders and an additional couple of days if your order includes customization. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Send us an email at, and we’ll see what we can do!

How do we ship

Here's a quick overview of how our order processing & shipping work for Canapé Goodies:

We bake cookies to order and ship with FedEx and Delhivery and offer local delivery with our in-house deilvery team within most of Kochi. For Outstation shipping, usually orders are shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed and for local deliveries its delivered with in the same day or the next day. To ensure your cookies’ quality, we will not ship orders if they will be in transit over a weekend. That means that, for some destinations, if you order on Thursday and select surface or Air shipping , we’ll hold your order until Monday. Please note that we ship all of our orders with a signature required at shipping, so we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of FedEx and Delhivery, whether or not your package will be left without a signature. If signature is waived, Canapé cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Where do you ship?

We ship our goodies Pan-India(Shipping to J&K and North East will incur some extra charges) Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations.

How do I place order for shipping to multiple places?

At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. If you’ve got a big list (10 or more), we’re happy to help streamline the process. Simply email

Where is my order?

You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order leaves our bakery. The shipping confirmation email will include the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add to your safe senders list.
