Refunds and Cancellation.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before your orders are "ready to ship". Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once it is ready for pickup or is shipped from our side.
Due to perishable nature of our cookies, we do not have a return policy. In very rare event, if something goes wrong, here’s our refund policy:
Though we do accept a refund request only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped out to you.
You can email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product.
Canapé’s care team will receive and review your refund request. If we find your request to satisfy our refund policy we will process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Canapé. But we're an easy-going and polite bunch of people.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
